At Inspire Chiropractic, care begins with understanding how your body moves, adapts, and functions as a whole.

We do not focus only on where it hurts. We evaluate movement patterns, nervous system function, and how your body is compensating so care is individualized and intentional.

Our team provides specialized care for families, active adults, pregnant mothers, newborns, and growing children. Whether you are seeking general wellness support, prenatal or pediatric care, or performance focused treatment, you will be matched with the provider best suited to your goals.

The goal is not quick fixes. The goal is better movement, stronger resilience, and long term confidence in your body.

Dry Needling, Advanced Soft Tissue.

Dry needling is a targeted soft tissue technique used to reduce muscle tension, calm irritated trigger points, and improve movement.

A thin, sterile needle is placed directly into restricted muscle and fascial tissue to help reset overactive patterns and decrease pain. Many patients experience improved mobility, reduced tension, and faster recovery.

This technique can be helpful for headaches, neck and back pain, SI joint discomfort, scar tissue, sports injuries, and persistent muscle tightness from stress or repetitive strain.

Dry needling works well alongside chiropractic adjustments to help muscles relax so your alignment can hold more effectively.

Dry needling also helps regulate the nervous system, encouraging your body to shift out of tension driven fight or flight patterns and into a more relaxed, restorative state.

This is not acupuncture. Dry needling focuses directly on muscular and connective tissue restrictions rather than meridian based treatment.
